John brings a focused and unique vision to Reward Cups, devoted to increasing market share, maximizing social relevancy, and integrating a new consumer interaction platform for businesses across a variety of sectors: convenience store, fast food, entertainment, sports, travel, and education.
25+ years of Executive Leadership, Sales, Marketing & Senior Buying. Vanessa's specialities include reviving or turning around existing companies and brands while scaling them nationally. Named one of the "Most Powerful 31 Women in Beverage," by BevNET in 2018. Her work includes eight years as EVP for La Croix Sparkling Water, EVP Sales & Marketing at CELSIUS, and Target Regional Buyer. Vanessa is a valued and trusted leader and speaker in the beverage industry.

Advantage Sales & Marketing at Frito-Lay & Conagra. Laura builds sales systems and trains teams & brokers exploiting wholesalers and RTMs.

A CPA (inactive) by training, a marketer by fire, and a technology expert by passion - Ron has blended his vision into building multimillion dollar businesses in brick & mortar retail, customer service, and e-commerce. He has also consulted in many industries including luxury goods, homebuilding, insurance, and power equipment. An avid student of the consumer, he has a comprehensive and unique skill set in building successful businesses and promotions around the customer!

TJ Powers is a Senior Sales Leader with over 20 years of experience in the Convenience Store industry. TJ has worked for large Fortune 500 companies as well as small independently owned companies in sales, sales management and marketing. Having worked on both the supplier and wholesaler side of the business, TJ brings an invaluable perspective to any company. He has served as a board member of the National Association of Convenience Stores and gained a network of strategic industry leaders.
30+ Years of CPG Leadership in Sales & Marketing. Scott brings to his role a successful background in developing winning strategies for launching and building great brands into all CPG channels of trade. His experience includes startup brands to Fortune 500 companies with sales and management roles at Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo Foodservice, Tropicana - PepsiCo & Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company. He pioneered POM Wonderful, Sabra Dipping Company's Snack Cups, La Croix Sparkling Water and Hail Merry into Foodservice and Convenience Channels. Receipt of PepsiCo Chairman’s Award & PepsiCo Ring of Honor.
